Email Digest

Available on Solo and Team plans.

When you publish a changelog, ShipRelay can automatically send an email digest to all confirmed subscribers.

How subscribers sign up

Visitors to your hosted changelog page can enter their email in the subscribe form. They'll receive a confirmation email (double opt-in). Only confirmed subscribers receive digests.

What the email contains

• Your project name and the version number
• The full changelog content, grouped by Features / Fixes / Improvements
• A link to the full hosted changelog page
• An unsubscribe link (one-click, required by law)

Managing subscribers

Your dashboard shows the total subscriber count. Subscribers manage themselves — they can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or request full data deletion from the unsubscribe page.

Email analytics

ShipRelay tracks email open rates per release (via Resend webhooks). View these on your analytics dashboard.

Preview before sending

Use the "Send Test Email" button on the draft editor to preview the email in your own inbox before publishing.
