Team — $49/month or $490/year (save $98)

Free trial
Solo and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all paid features during the trial. Your card is charged only after the 14-day trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Upgrading
Free users can upgrade from Settings → Pricing and will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to start a new paid subscription.
Existing paid subscribers (Solo or Team) change plans in the Stripe Customer Portal so updates apply to the same subscription (no duplicate subscriptions or trial reset).
Downgrading
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal. You can downgrade or cancel from there. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. No questions asked, no contacting support. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds for partial billing periods. Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal. All other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@shiprelay.io.
Promotion codes
If you have a promotion code (like EARLYBIRD), enter it during Stripe Checkout. The discount will be applied automatically.
Invoices
Stripe handles all invoicing. Access your invoices from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.
