- How do I connect a repository?
- Go to your Dashboard and click "Connect Repository". Select a repository from the list and ShipRelay will automatically set up a webhook to detect new release tags.
- How do I generate a changelog?
- Push a new git tag to your connected repository, or click "Regenerate" on an existing draft. ShipRelay uses AI to analyze your commits and generate a human-readable changelog.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone. Type "delete my account" to confirm. Your data is soft-deleted immediately and permanently removed after 30 days.
- Can subscribers delete their data?
- Yes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Subscribers can also request full data deletion — their record is permanently removed from our database.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
